Q:  How are your products made?

A: Nouveau Health & Wellness supplements are unique in that all of our products are Medical-Grade, formulated based on clinical research, and made in a cGMP-certified, FDA-audited manufacturing facility. All of our products are Medical-Grade and the formulas are made with the highest-quality ingredients without any additives or fillers. 

 

Q:  Where are your products made?

A:  Over 90% of Nouveau Health & Wellness supplements are manufactured by our supplier-owned plants in Arlee, Montana and Henderson, NV so that we have consistent control of our stringent quality standards. Additionally, every Nouveau Health & Wellness supplier must undergo a formal qualification process to evaluate procedures and activities related to the manufacture, packaging, and holding of Nouveau Health & Wellness dietary ingredients and finished dietary supplements. Key elements of the qualification process include:

  • Vendor evaluation
  • Documentation review
  • Evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures, i.e., manufacturing controls and processes
  • Existence of a third party-approved testing and monitoring program for raw materials and finished products

 

Q:  Where do you ship your products?

A:  We ship our products worldwide.

 

Q:  What is your refund policy?

A:  We stand behind our products and we want our customers to be happy.  If, for any reason, we deliver a product that has not met your expectations, please contact us at Shipping@NouveauPalmBeach.com , and we will be glad to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.  Our detailed refund policy can be found here.

 

Q:  If I order a product, can I cancel my purchase before I receive it?

A:  It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the delivery date. For example, if your delivery is due on Wednesday, you must cancel no later than Monday at 6 pm prior to your delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.  If the product has left our facility and is route to your shipping address, we will not offer a refund for cancellation; however, once your product arrives, you may refer to our refund policy for a full refund.

If we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions/strikes, vehicle breakdown, and traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for inspecting your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website or by emailing Shipping@NouveauPalmBeach.com . If you do not let us know within 3 days of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.  Our refund policy can be found here.

 

Q:  I have a medical condition, are your products safe for me to take?

A:  We strongly recommend that you seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. Some products offered by Nouveau Health & Wellness may not be suitable for everyone, so please check with your medical provider before undertaking a program, or call us to schedule a medical visit. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor first.  

 

Q:  Do you offer product subscriptions?

A:  Absolutely! You are able to sign up for Product Subscriptions for all of our supplements and products to make your life easier.  View our different subscription options on the checkout page.

 

Q:  How do I cancel my supplement/product membership?

A:  We hate to see you go, but canceling is easy.  Cancelations are allowed after the first month.  Please email Contact@NouveauPalmBeach.com to cancel your membership, or call (561) 240-3000.
